Deliveries Italuxe offers “FREE DELIVERY” for order placed in Mumbai there will be a delivery charge applicable for delivery outside Mumbai. How we deliver: Large items are delivered directly to your home in specially equipped furniture vans and are carried in by delivery staff. You will receive a telephone call or an email to agree a time convenient to you at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Tracking Your Delivery It may be possible to track your order. Please e-mail (email) giving details of your order number and Italuxe will be able to inform you of the status of your order. Please note that Italuxe will only contact you with regards to delivery if, the product(s) has arrived into our depot / logistics company and are ready for delivery. The product delivery time is delayed longer than mentioned. Confirming the Delivery Date Once your item(s) is ready for dispatch either we will contact you or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. Available Days for Delivery Available days for delivery are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 10.00am - 7.00pm. Some items can be delivered on a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please email (email add) with details of your selected item(s) and a representative will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be dispatched for a Saturday delivery. Delivery Lead Times The delivery lead times shown on every product are expected delivery lead times. Please note they may very slightly depending on the stock availability of the products. Next Day Delivery Italuxe offer “Next Day Delivery” service for Beds and Many more items. To avail this service orders need to be placed one day prior. All order to avail Next day Delivery service has to be placed before 13:00 p.m Next day Delivery is done from Monday to Friday only Saturdays and Bank Holidays are excluded from Next day delivery service. Please make sure the goods are checked and signed before accepting next day delivery from the respective courier companies If the Item you have purchased is Not Available for any reason we will offer you an alternate item or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is your responsibility to examine the goods for damage prior to signing for receipt of the goods. If you are not pleased with the condition of the goods you should inform the driver and refuse delivery. Once you have provided written receipt for the goods it is almost not possible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier. Hence no damage claims can be accepted if you have signed the delivery docket.
