How long will my refund take?

The refund will be processed deducting the collection charges for the goods and the administration fee.
We will deduct charges if the item returned is not in its original or damage condition.

Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a refund or order you a replacement. However we do suggest that you inspect your product upon delivery, as you'll be required to sign a form confirming that it was received in a good condition.

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched and we will refund in full. But if you cancel after the items has been dispatched or manufactured we will issue a refund deducting 50% as a re-stocking fee & delivery charge.
Can I change my existing order?
