What if I don't like the product I ordered when it arrives?
Our aim is to make sure you will like the product that you have ordered from us, but if you decide you do not like it, you can return the item to us within seven days of delivery for a refund. All you have to do is send us an email with a brief explanation, and we'll arrange for it to be collected by our delivery partners.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives?
We use a specialist furniture carrier to deliver your furniture and we have made sure they are up to our high standards, so damage is rare. But if you're unhappy with the quality, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, sending us a couple of photos of the damage. Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a refund or order you a replacement. However we do suggest that you inspect your product upon delivery, as you'll be required to sign a form confirming that it was received in a good condition.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. If your item has already been dispatched from our warehouse then we'll only be able to refund the price of the furniture and not the delivery charge.
How long will my refund take?
We'll issue the refund straight away and your account should be credited within ten working days, depending on how you paid.
Can I change my existing order?
Once you've placed an order, we're not usually able to make any changes. However if you have a request please email us as soon as possible so that we can see if this is possible.
